William started at Q LINK as a junior DBA and worked his way up to General Manager Systems. His previous experience in the Government started as a developer and later managing the IT infrastructure. Understanding systems and his fault-finding abilities are what make William an incredible asset to Q LINK. William is obsessed with building innovative system integrations and infrastructures, guiding an exceptional team to ensure that our clients always receive the best service delivery, secure, efficient, and reliable. Nolene has a passion for analysis and service delivery. Ensuring clients’ success rates on debit order collections improve at an incredible rate. Her 18 years of experience and strategic management skills make Nolene a reliable source of determining trends in the market and analyzing customer behavior, allowing her to deliver the best service the first time around.
Trudi started her career in the financial sector in 2006 and has since been involved in collections as well as recovery of bad debt. Her journey at Q LINK started in 2013 in the BANK department and she decided that it was time to change direction and expand her knowledge base at the MAS team in 2019. Her 'never-say-die' attitude fuels a strong drive for outstanding client service. As a problem-solver, she is reliable and resourceful.
Hilton Dube is the Assistant Manager for the Member Administration System (MAS) team at Q LINK. Hilton started his career in the Teaching profession in 2002. In 2005, he joined a Law firm that specialised in debt collection. This is where he experienced, first hand, the overcharging of consumers by credit providers, debt collectors and attorneys. In 2007, he joined Summit Garnishee Solutions to help them fight unscrupulous lenders and debt collectors. This is how he eventually ended up in the EAO Department at Q LINK's as the Team Leader of the EAO Audit Department. He played a vital role in the auditing of garnishee orders (EAOs) over the years and this resulted in cumulative savings of over R350 million for government employees. In May 2021, in a bid to broaden his horizons and tackle new challenges, he joined the MAS Team as Assistant Manager. Hilton strongly believes that a great attitude is a springboard for success.
Being one of Q LINK's latest additions to the leadership team, Pieter has lifted the expected level of service delivery and set the bar incredibly high. Pieter has over 2 decades of experience within some of South Africa’s largest bank entities and has a vast knowledge base in Electronic Banking services and integrations locally and in Africa.
Rudolph is a dynamic mover and shaker in his current role in managing new implementations within the payroll and EAO space and has solid experience in various Call Centre setups and Collection strategies. He is at the forefront of new business and ensures that relationships with our clients are formed on a foundation of trust and integrity. He ensures that the clients' needs are always met, by developing his team to their best potential.
Madelein Stander is an experienced digital transformation specialist and optimization manager with extensive experience in the Project Management and Business Analysis. During 2018-2019 she served on Exco to oversee systems and processes whilst formulating and driving the digital transformation strategy within their company. She is passionate about improving processes and creating efficiencies as well as establishing digitized solutions. Madelein have managed teams to deliver large scale projects within a variety of sectors and service lines which include but is not limited to training, laboratory, financial, forex, marketing, HR and payroll. Her management style is collaborative, clear, and result-driven and believe it is important to lead by example.
Andre is a skilled, high-performing and solutions driven IT Professional with 15+ years' experience at management level. He has 30 years' experience in ICT. He is very passionate about improving customer experiences and interactions by conducting research and implementing new technology as an enabler for business to ultimately improve the efficiencies within the organisation. He has extensive experience in Infrastructure, networks and AZURE cloud and customer satisfaction through teamwork remains a focus area for him. He joined Q LINK in July 2022 to fulfil the role of Head of IT Operations.
Jan studied at Tshwane University of Technology and has a BTech Degree in Information Technology. Jan has over 13 years of experience in the Information Security field. After wanting to focus solely on Information Security, Jan joined the Q LINK team in 2015 as an Information Security Officer. Standards are crucial building blocks for secured environments, and Jan successfully embarked on Q LINK's goal to ensure the environment is ISO 27001 Certified in 2018 with successful recertification in 2021. In 2022, Jan was promoted as the Head of Information Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance. Jan's passion to ensure a secured environment for Q LINK and their clients

Ruann always had a keen interest in technology and took up programming at a young age. Therefore with no surprise he went on to study Software Engineering and a few years later discovered his true passion, purpose and vitality in data and analytics. With over 15 years of experience he is highly skilled in turning raw data into actionable insights for the business. Consulting at various businesses across industries his exposure to different environments culminated into dynamic and well-rounded experience and skill-sets, this includes Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals. With a consulting background Ruann also cultivated a unique ability to communicate and deal with clients on all levels. He takes great pride in his work and is driven to provide the best solutions to significantly improve business processes, viability, profitability and growth.
Kobus obtained an LLB degree and completed a Diploma in Criminal Justice and Forensic Investigation in 2013. He practiced full time for 5 years before joining the corporate sector. Kobus has been a part of the Q LINK family since 2016. Kobus decided to focus his skills and abilities in an environment where he can make a significant change in protecting clients and employees. His philosophy that prevention is better than cure drove his vision of detecting issues before they arise, ensuring compliance and the credibility of our value-added service.
